1 category (PMS) has a clear award winner (Mews) that differs from Sonesta's committed choice — document the strategic rationale.
The assessment is largely accurate and current. The main tension is Mews vs. Stayntouch for PMS: Mews is objectively winning awards and funding, but Sonesta has already selected Stayntouch. The recommendation to continue Stayntouch is defensible for migration continuity — but future RFPs should include Mews.
